Engaging, empowering, energising culture in Exeter

Young South West Photographers Competition - now open

A competition for young photographers, 14-21 year olds, living in the South West - to capture the essence and process of 'creation'.

It can feature making, an artist, or element of nature - the mess, the mistakes, or progression to perfection. An exhibition of chosen photographs based on this theme will run from 3 May - 30 June 2019 in the Devon Guild's main gallery.

During the exhibition the public will be asked to vote for their top three pieces on display. The prizes include a following solo exhibition space in the Devon Guild, a two-hour masterclass in portrait or travel photography with photojournalist Suzy Bennett, plus more to be announced in the months ahead, so keep in touch!
