Dear Belinda and Exeter Culture,

Kudos to all the new developments.  I am really looking forward to the new website.  Quick question: is it possible to save an archive of all the wonderful blog entries and developments that happened here?  It is really invaluable information for researchers, cultural newcomers, history buffs, etc.  Please, please, please - save it and make it accessible, if possible.   It is an important chunk of cultural history and a very engaging blueprint of how important events got fostered.  And yes, I copied as much as I could down.  Kudos to Stewart for shepherding EVAF and to Musical Forum also.  Lots to learn from.

Respectfully,

Olya Petrakova

Hi Olya, yes, have been thinking how to do that - it's mainly a time and capacity issue. But it's on the radar...

I think it would help to have a dedicated site for creative networking in Exeter.  I researched to see what other cities are doing and found this (see below).  I am not sure if costs are involved, but shouldn't we consider doing this as well?  I think Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are contentious apps are the moment, Exeter's cultural community would seem to need its own creative virtual hub, unlike Torbay, Kirklees, etc.

"Creative Torbay is part of (and the founder of) Creative Assembly, a growing network of online creative hubs, which started with Creative Torbay in 2008, and has grown to a connected network of five regional online networks, with more in the works. ... If you are interested in expanding the Creative Assembly network into your area and would like to find out more, please get in touch via the Creative Assembly website."
