Engaging, empowering, energising culture in Exeter

Opening Celebration: the Makers of the Multiverse Saturday 13 May 3-5pm

3-5pm, all welcome, free
Makers of the Multiverse Pavilion, Piazza Terracina, Haven Road, Exeter EX2 8GT

You are invited to join us for the opening celebration of the Makers of the Multiverse Pavilion. Come and meet with artists Juneau Projects (Ben Sadler and Philip Duckworth) at this unique sculptural Pavilion. We’re also hosting a potluck picnic, so please bring some food to share (plates, cups and the basic food bits will be provided).

Makers of the Multiverse is part sculpture, part shop and part events venue. As well as working with over 50 artists, crafters and designers, Juneau Projects have also worked directly with 90 school children from Ladysmith Primary School and students from Exeter School of Art. Young people from Ellen Tinkham College and The Atkinson Secure Children’s Home School are also contributing to the project.

Juneau Projects were commissioned by Spacex to create this public artwork, which supports the local arts economy, acts as a developmental resource for artists and makers, builds community and enlivens public space.
