Come along and join three regional artists to hear about how they successfully fund their work and how you can support your own practice.
Laura Denning produced Benthic Caress for Plymouth Art Weekender with a successful Crowdfunder campaign.
Volkhard Müller created and ran a two year multi-artist residency, TOPOS, in Exeter city centre, funded with a combination of public and research grants, and crowdfunding.
Stuart Crewes has run a number of annual art events in Exeter, most recently Art Week Exeter, funded through a mosaic of sources - he will be talking about what funding opportunities there are for contemporary, visual and performance artists in the region and flagging up the ArtSOUP event (on the 18th).
The talks will be followed by an open discussion and an opportunity to ask questions and a networking lunch - with food provided.
Please book early, as there are only 20 places available, with: firstname.lastname@example.org
This event is produced in conjunction with EVAF and AWE.
