Engaging, empowering, energising culture in Exeter

It is with great sadness we note the passing of Exeter City Council’s lead for Communities and Culture, Cllr Paul Bull, who died on Sunday 19 February.  Paul was passionate about Exeter, serving his community as an elected member and was always friendly and warm to people, whether old friends or new acquaintances.  In addition to Paul's hard work for the City Council, he was an award-winning sound designer and engineer who had worked nationally and internationally with leading theatre and dance companies and musicians. Tributes have been paid to Paul by many and the City Council has issued a statement via social media here: Cllr Paul Bull - Exeter City Council
