Libraries Unlimited on World Book Night

Storytelling in Topsham - Ben Haggarty

Libraries Unlimited goes live

Yesterday, Devon’s libraries marked the start of a new era.  It was the first day of operation for Libraries Unlimited, a staff and community-owned social enterprise.
