Exeter Illustrators Exhibition at RAMM Cafe

Exeter Illustrators present a collection of their creative illustrative artworks at RAMM Cafe. The exhibition showcases previously unseen pieces from thirteen professional illustrators, chosen to complement RAMM’s exhibition Sea Life: Glimpses of the Wonderful. The show features diverse artistic styles, including recognisable children’s book artwork, observational drawings of Exeter, wall murals, graphic novel illustration and character design. It also features a collaborative piece based on iconic buildings in Exeter.
Often overlooked by gallery spaces, illustration is an accessible, familiar and versatile art form that it is used on anything from wine labels to billboards, children’s books to fashion design.
Founded in early 2016, Exeter Illustrators began when a group of commercial artists discovered that they all worked in the same city. The award-winning illustrators decided to combine forces to showcase the talent found on Exeter’s doorstep.
Artwork in this exhibition is for sale.Artwork from thirteen professional illustrators featuring diverse artistic styles, including recognisable children’s book artwork, observational drawings of Exeter, wall murals, graphic novel illustration and character design.
